The Grasshopper Coffee Table Set of 3 was designed by Piero Lissoni for the brand Knoll International.

Piero Lissoni is the recipient of several global awards, including the Red Dot, the Good Design Award, and the Compasso d'Oro ADI. He owns an architectural and design studio based in Milan and New York, and is also the art director for a variety of top brands. The design for his Grasshopper tables is based on the elegant and slender legs of the insects, and Piero Lissoni describes the design as "flared and lightweight".

This Grasshopper Coffee Table Set of 3 is a unique collection of circular tables with the slimmest table tops in different colours, and fabricated from marble statuiaretto. Statuiaretto has a white background and features grey veins of traditional Italian marble. The three coffee table surfaces have legs of differing heights, and are fixed into one large unit, measuring 152 x 30 x 134 cm in total. Each elegant table has a different diameter, creating a beautiful layout that appears to float in the air. The table legs are made of high polish, chromed steel, and all have a circular base for added stability.
