The Boule Medium Floor Lamp Pedestal White has been created by Sebastian Herkner for the brand pulpo. Part of the Boule collection of household lamps, this product evokes the shape of French boules, while offering a practical and aesthetically appealing option for almost any room of the home.

When crafting the Boule collection in 2016, Herkner set out to experiment with glass to explore the effects of nesting multiple spheres inside each other. The Boule Medium Floor Lamp Pedestal White shows how effective this technique can be. Featuring a series of spheres made from gorgeous blown glass, it generates a delicate but powerful glow, creating a unique atmosphere in the process.

The Boule Medium Floor Lamp Pedestal White comes with a 58cm diameter main luminaire, and rises 74cm from the floor. The glass diffuser rests upon a porcelain base, which has been produced by Bavaria's Rosenthal workshop, offering a neat counterpoint to the glass of the dome. In this case, the base has a white tone, although other colours are available. The lamp has an E27 socket. The Boule Medium Floor Lamp Pedestal White blends efficiency and brightness.
