The Tolomeo Terra Basculante Floor Lamp has been created by Giancarlo Fassina and Michele de Lucchi for the brand Artemide. It is a series of metallic cantilevered arms, a paper or silk shade and a plastic frame. The different elements have been combined to form a lamp that has features and functionality that put it in a class of its own.

The Tolomeo Terra Basculante Floor Lamp has adjustable arms made of polished aluminium. It has a round shade made of either parchment paper or silk satin. It can be rotated in every direction so light can be directed precisely where it is needed. Adjustments can also be made to the width and height of the lamp thanks to the flexible joints. These and the supports are also made of aluminium that has been polished to a high shine. The lampshade rests on a slim stem that is anchored by a disc-shaped base.

The Tolomeo Terra Basculante Floor Lamp has a width of 89cm, a height of 112cm and a diameter of 18cm. The base has a diameter of 33cm. It can be adjusted to a maximum height of 226cm and a maximum width of 134cm. It uses an E27 socket. This lamp will add timeless elegance to any living or working space.
