The WM String Lounge Chair was designed by Wendy Legro and Maarten Collignon for the popular furniture manufacturer menu.

Designers Legro and Collignon founded design label Studio WM in 2010. Based in Rotterdam, the duo create pieces in the fields of product design, commercial interiors, installations and scenography. The pair state that their creative drive comes from a shared passion for aesthetics and a focus on details, as well as a close partnership that enables each to share and improve upon each other's design to get the best out of each other and takes on new challenges together.

Bold yet simple in design, the WM String Lounge Chair is ideal for bringing a touch of contemporary style to your garden environment. The chair features a curved backrest with grid-style pattern and a slightly curved seat that leads down to four outward-leaning slimline legs for a modern aesthetic and pleasant seating experience even for prolonged periods. Thanks to an ergonomically curved seat and back support, the chair is comfortable to sit on and the permeable structure offers breathability even in the hottest or most humid of weather. Constructed in robust steel with a stain and weather resistant coating, the chair measures 66cm wide by 71.5cm deep.
