The Mariana Wardrobe has been created by the in-house studio for the brand Bloomingville. A classic example of contemporary Danish design, Mariana is inspired by the principles of hygge. Based around natural materials and refined tones, it will be a calming, restful presence in bedrooms.
The design of the Mariana Wardrobe includes a few surprises which make it stand out. The basic form of the wardrobe is conventional, with four legs, two doors and a rectangular frame. However, the Bloomingville team have added a slim rattan surface for the doors, making them semi-transparent. The use of natural pine for the frame of the cabinet also complements the rattan well, while the interior shelves and hanging rain are made from MDF.
The Mariana Wardrobe features three shelves for apparel and accessories, as well as a rail for coats, shirts and dresses. Measuring 85cm wide, 45cm deep and 180cm high, the cabinet will also be large enough for a couple or a large clothing collection. It weighs 41kg and rests flush against the wall, although there is a small space underneath for additional storage. Blending natural wood grain and tastefully matched fabric, Mariana offers a delightful way to store the things that matter.
