Cappellini Org Side Table

The Cappellini Org Side Table was designed by Fabio Novembre for the manufacturer Cappellini, a leading Italian name in the high-end furniture market.

Fabio Novembre is an Italian designer whose work is characterised by an exuberantly innovative, avant garde approach. As well as developing a long list of individual pieces for several luxury brands, he has also created décor for numerous bars, nightclubs and discos. In addition, he has authored 7 books, conducted lectures and seminars all around the world and organized over 30 exhibitions and installations.

In tune with Novembre's trademark style, the Cappellini Org Side Table from Cappellini seems like a visitor from outer space, thanks to its 19 tentacle-like legs. These are made from chunky polypropylene flex, terminating at the top and bottom in bands of stainless steel with a satin finish. Some of the legs are adjustable, while others are fixed and reinforced with steel. They support a thick round table top of clear glass. Originally developed in 2001, the Cappellini Org Side Table is still a captivating conversation starter, a great addition to modern homes decorated with a sense of fun and an eye for visual flair.
