Sumatra Letter Tray

The sleek Sumatra Correspondence Tray was designed by the renowned Italian designer Enzo Mari for the Italian design company Danese.

Instrumental in setting the path that the design company took early on, Enzo Mari contributed to the brand's success with his innovative designs, helping to catapult Danese to the forefront of Italian design. Over his illustrious career, Enzo Mari has received numerous international awards, including the prestigious Compasso d'Oro, which he has won multiple times. Many of his designs, including a slightly larger letter tray called the Suva, are on permanent display in the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum.

With a timeless appeal, the Sumatra Correspondence Tray is as practical and stylish today as it was in 1976 when it was first designed. Measuring 33cm long, 28cm wide and 6.5cm high, each tray is stackable and fits paper up to A4 size, making it easy to keep paperwork organised and readily accessible.
