D103 Anholt Coffee Table

The D103 Anholt Coffee Table has been created by Diana Mot & Isabella Bergstrøm for the brand FDB Møbler. The design of this table is inspired by the shapes that are found in nature such as the pebbles that are found on shores. This was combined with Nordic design traditions that uphold fundamentals like clean lines and master craftsmanship.

The D103 Anholt Coffee Table is a Sustainable Choice product. It is made of oak that has FSC® certification. Its tabletop defies convention with an abstract shape that is not a square, oval, or circle. Its shape can be likened to that of a pebble. The shape and the wood it is made of give the table an organic look and feel. The tabletop rests on a frame that has support planks of wood going all around the table and rounded legs underneath. The legs are not straight as is conventional. Rather they are outspread which was commonly seen in mid-century Danish design. Apart from adding aesthetic value, the detail increases the table's surface area which makes it stronger.

The D103 Anholt Coffee Table has a length of 120cm, a width of 71.5cm and a height of 44cm.
