Toio Floor Lamp

The Toio Floor Lamp has been created by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for the brand Flos. Designed in 1962, it remains popular today thanks to its timeless details. It has a unique industrial design.

The Toio Floor Lamp defies convention by doing away with the usual shade and a diffuser that casts light downwards. It has a height-adjustable stem that is made of nickel-plated brass. It is attached to a metallic frame made of iron and steel. It has a square base that ensures the lamp stands steady on the floor. It is finished in different colours. Some are neutral and match with the stem while others are bright and form a stunning contrast with it. The lamp casts indirect light via a diffuser that resembles a car headlight. The telescopic head shines a strong light. Its intensity can be adjusted via an electronic dial dimmer located on the cable. The on and off switch is also on the cable.

The Toio Floor Lamp has a height of 158cm to 195cm and a diameter of 17cm. Its cable is 247cm long. The lamp has a GX16 socket. The light source is included in the delivery. Replacement light bulbs are available for purchase separately.
