Bis Tris Table Lamp

The Bis Tris Table Lamp has been created by the in-house studio for the brand Fontana Arte. First introduced in 1954, Bis-Tris has been brought back and refined for contemporary consumers. The basic design hasn't changed though, with its dual bowl-shaped diffusers, rounded base and polished brass frame. And the lamp still has the capacity to wow with its composition and practical qualities.

The top part of the Bis - Tris Table Lamp is made from a pair of 38cm diameter upturned bowls, both of which are fashioned from sandblasted glass. The upper bowl has been subtly painted to reflect light downwards through the lower diffuser, creating a light source that will work well on study and work desks. A cylindrical polished brass column raises the height to 43cm and connects to a rounded brass base.

The Bis - Tris Table Lamp can be easily turned off or on via a switch on the base, while a black power cable connects the lamp to mains electricity. Light is provided by a cluster of 4 bulbs that are installed below the lower bowl-shaped diffuser and are not included with the product. The appropriate bulbs with an E14 socket can be ordered under accessories.
