Product description

The Series 7™ Chair Dyed Ash Brown Bronze has been created by Arne Jacobsen for the brand Fritz Hansen. With a long history that spans decades, the Danish brand stands for both the old and the new. The brand releases contemporary, innovative pieces from today's designers and also re-issues iconic pieces based on the forward-looking designs of previous decades. The Series 7™ Chair Dyed Ash Brown Bronze is in the latter group. This 1955 chair is timeless and versatile. It is made with no fewer than nine layers of pressure-moulded veneer. This gives it strength, flexibility and durability. Made to resemble the human form, it has a backrest with graceful curves and a wide top that narrows down towards the bottom. It then broadens out into a well-sized seat that has the same graceful curves. The chair sits on a frame made of steel tube legs that is finished in a bronze hue. The legs extend beyond the edge of the seat, making it possible to stack them for storage.

The Series 7™ Chair Dyed Ash Brown Bronze has a height of 82cm, a width of 50 centimeters and a depth of 52cm. It has a seat height of 46 centimeters. It is available in a selection of colours.
