Stub Side Table Ash

The Stub Side Table Ash has been created by Mette Schelde for the brand Fritz Hansen. Taking inspiration from the appearance of wood stumps, this nature-themed side table mixes charisma and high-quality materials. The Stub Side Table Ash has a short cylindrical base and a circular tabletop, but the simplicity of this design conceals a few neat touches. The 49cm diameter tabletop has been made from transparent glass and is thick enough to allow the texture of the glass to show through. This glass surface contrasts well with the base which has been formed from natural ash wood. This base can come in a black finish, but can also be left with a see-through lacquer to allow the ash wood's texture to shine.

The Stub Side Table Ash stands 44.5cm high, which will be suitable for use with most chaise longues or sofa beds.
