The Be Bop Garden Armchair was designed by Ludovica Palomba and Roberto Palomba for the brand Kartell.

The Milano-based company makes modern and contemporary furniture as well as stylish plastic chairs. Founded in 1949 by Giulio Castelli, the firm is renowned as the first in the world to use polycarbonate to make home furnishings. It works closely with famed designers such as the multi-award winning designer duo of Ludovica and Roberto, resulting in a wide range of elegant creations.

Made from thermoplastic polymer, the Be Bop Garden Armchair was born out of the couple's love of travel. The chair takes inspiration from a variety of different elements, ranging from carved African stools to the curved forms of Scandinavian pieces. The Be Bop Garden Armchair is exactly that, a smart piece of furniture that exudes a jazzy style like its namesake. The Be Bop Garden Armchair has ample armrest room and a wide seat for comfort. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Sturdy and light due to the advantages offered by polypropylene, this versatile piece of furniture measures 69 x 75 x 62 cm. It has a seat height of 34cm.
