The practical Max Table with Wheels 160x80cm was created by Ferruccio Laviani for the Italian interior design company Kartell.
Kartell was established in the 1940s by Giulio Castelli and has grown into a global icon, renowned for contemporary furniture that places equal emphasis on functionality and appealing aesthetics. The Max Table with Wheels 160x80cm was designed with versatility in mind. As such, it fits just as well in the home, as part of an office or study room, as it does when used as a workspace in a modern, open-plan office. Thanks to the flowing, organic form of the table top, which resembles an hourglass when viewed from above, the table is comfortable to sit at and can be stylishly combined with similar desks or with other office furniture.
Equipped with easy connecting parts, the Max Table with Wheels 160x80cm is characterised by its lightness, weighing 28 kg, and agility as demonstrated by the structure of the legs. Covered in chromium-plated aluminium, the legs can either rest on the floor or be placed on castors or fixed feet. The castors come equipped with parking brakes to ensure maximum stability.
