Before it is turned on, the lamp could pass for an attractive wall decoration. It has a diffuser with the unexpected detail of being shaped into a shade that has two overlapping parts. The two parts are coated with metal and each have a different colour, which creates a stunning contrast when the lamp is turned on. The diffuser inside the shade is made of roto-moulded polyethylene. The lamp casts a diffused, evenly distributed light that can be controlled via an external phase dimmer.
