This sleek and comfortable 1966-41 Richard Schultz Sun Lounger was designed by Richard Schultz for the American company Knoll International.

Knoll International was formed in New York as early as 1938 by emigre Hans Knoll. Business began in a single room on East 72nd Street and later expanded after a productive partnership with designer Florence Schust. Their vision was to apply a Bauhaus approach to furniture design. Over the ensuing decades, the firm has created some of the world's most iconic furniture through the talents of designers such as Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Eero Saarinen.

Part of the 1966 Collection of outdoor furniture, the 1966-41 Richard Schultz Sun Lounger comes in a gleaming white to complement any alfresco setting. It's fashioned from powder-coated aluminum for lightness, durability and high resistance to UV rays, water and corrosive elements. Measuring a generous 147cm in width and 62cm in height and with a depth of 86cm, the lounger features a curved shape that's both classic in appearance and supremely comfortable.
