Lab S72 Swivel Stool 47-60cm

The Lab S72 Swivel Stool 47-60cm has been created by Karri Monni for the brand Lapalma. Characterised by adjustable features and a fresh, playful aesthetic, Lab is a range of chairs and stools for office and home use from one of Finland's brightest design talents. The S72 appeared in 2014 and will add to seating options in workplaces and living rooms alike.

The design of the Lab S72 Swivel Stool 47-60cm instantly stands out due to its five-wheeled star-shaped base. This unusual arrangement adds an extra touch of control over how the stool moves and also stabilises the design, while adding an original visual accent. The base is also slightly broader than the round seat, which has been upholstered in an appealing Medley Gabriel fabric. This is both comfortable to touch and sets up a neat contrast with the black MDF base and the aluminium central column.

This central column allows the Lab S72 Swivel Stool 47-60cm to change height between 47cm and 60cm. The base has a diameter of 60cm and the whole product weighs just 6.8kg. Additionally, the seat has been designed to swivel through 360 degrees while the rollers are self-braking, ensuring a comfortable experience and exceptional mobility.
