The Carronade 160 Suspension Lamp S has been created by Markus Johansson for the brand Le Klint. A fine example of modern Swedish design, Carronade resembles naval 'carronade' canons with its cylindrical form and robust construction. Johansson has crafted the lamp to maximise flexibility, offering multiple angles and hanging options, while ensuring that it will enhance the look of living rooms, lounges, guest rooms and anywhere else.
The Carronade 160 Suspension Lamp S has a diffuser shaped into an extended cylinder, which directs a beam of light downwards. This diffuser is made from black-painted steel, while the interior has a lighter tone, helping to minimise glare. Brass elements on the side of the diffuser also connect to a walnut bracket, and this allows the lamp to pivot smoothly. It can hang vertically if needed, but various configurations are possible, making it easy to brighten reading corners, sofas, or living room tables.
The Carronade 160 Suspension Lamp S measures 24cm high and has a diameter of 12cm, and it hangs from an adjustable 300cm long cable. This is the small entry in the Carronade series. Medium and larger models are also available if desired as well as tripod mounted varieties. The appropriate lamp with the E14 socket can be ordered under accessories.
