Lamella 2 Suspension Lamp

The Lamella 2 Suspension Lamp has been created by Jonah Takagi and Hallgeir Homstvedt for the brand Le Klint. The Danish brand has a history that goes back to 1943. Over the decades, this family-owned brand has perfected the art and craft of designing and manufacturing pieces that adhere to Nordic design traditions. However, to add the perfect finishing touch to the clean, uncluttered lines and bring a touch of style, the brand's pieces have simple yet elegant detailing. With the Lamella 2 Suspension Lamp, that detail is the pleating on the shade. This sculptural lampshade is made from lampshade foil that has been folded into evenly spaced pleats. This is done using an age-old traditional Danish pleating technique. The lamp's design and name are inspired by the delicate pleats that are found on the underside of lamella mushroom caps.

The Lamella 2 Suspension Lamp has a height of 52cm and a diameter of 30cm. It is available with white shades that have silver or gold-toned caps at the top and bottom. It is not dimmable. It has a suspension height of 300cm. The appropriate bulb with the E27 socket can be ordered under accessories.
