Common Comrades Seamstress Side Table

The bright and quirky Common Comrades Seamstress Side Table was designed for the high-end manufacturer Moooi by the internationally recognised design duo Neri & Hu.

Neri and Hu both studied at UC Berkeley, obtaining degrees in the arts and architecture respectively. Later, the designers founded their own studio in Shanghai. Their firm has a global reach, with an office also in London, and their work has received great international acclaim. Among the awards acquired by Neri & Hu are the Maison & Objet Asia Designers of The Year, INSIDE Festival Overall Winner and their work is included in the US interior Design Hall of Fame.

The vibrantly coloured Common Comrades Seamstress Side Table is a charming focal point in any room. Constructed from solid birch wood, the side table is durable and sturdy, despite its small size. The lacquered birch wood is easy to clean and maintain, ensuring that this beautiful piece of furniture will remain in optimal condition for many years to come. The Common Comrades Seamstress Side Table belongs to a collection of three pieces, the others being the Common Comrades Merchant Table and the Common Comrades Emperor Table. The table measures 40 x 40 cm and weighs 10.5kgs.
