Muuto Control Table Lamp

The strikingly minimalist Muuto Control Table Lamp was designed by TAF Architects for the Danish label Muuto.

Muuto was founded in Copenhagen in 2006 with the aim of expanding Scandinavian design in innovative and original ways dubbed the "New Nordic". Crafted from sturdy and lightweight casted aluminium the Muuto Control Table Lamp is a masterpiece of minimalism that is suggestive of a still life painting. Drawing inspiration from audio equipment and industrial controls, it features a naked E27 bulb set on a rectangular tray. A circular knob is the volume control, allowing users to dim the unit and turn it on and off. Measuring 21 cm in height, 16 cm in width, and 23 cm in length, the unit is compact enough to fit in any space.
