Oslo Bench

The Oslo Bench was designed by Anderssen & Voll for the brand Muuto .

Founded in Copenhagen in 2006, Muuto evokes a Scandinavian vibe with its innovative furniture. Its products are crafted using traditional techniques and materials blended with modern manufacturing methods. The design partnership of Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll is recognised for its contemporary furniture, lighting and home accessory designs. They approach the design process by breaking the rules of tradition and have won major prizes including the iF and Red Dot Design awards.

The Oslo Bench is part of a seating range that pays homage to the duo's home town, Norway's capital. The bench blends geometric lines with an airy lightness and a comfortable seating experience. This elegant design works in living rooms and bedrooms as well as in public spaces. The bench has an inner frame of steel on which sits a shell of Nozag springs and cast foam. This is upholstered with Danish Kvadrat fabric in a choice of colours. The bench is supported by four tubular and powder-coated steel legs, also available in a choice of shades. The Oslo Bench measures 150 x 45 x 73 cm.
