Snowball Table Lamp

The Snowball Table Lamp has been created by Trond Svendgård for the brand Northern. First introduced in 2005, Snowball is shaped like a globe of freshly packed snow and creates a soothing glow from its spherical diffuser. Playful and refined, this contemporary lamp will slot into desks and side table setups, adding a touch of class to studies and living rooms.

The Snowball Table Lamp has a small cubic base, a slender spine and a compact globe-shaped luminaire. The luminaire instantly appeals with its regular shape and exterior made from opal coloured mouth blown glass. But it harmonises beautifully with the body made from steel and aluminium, which allows the snowball globe to shine as if suspended in mid-air. The effect is tranquil and relaxing, and casts an insistent light in all directions.

The Snowball Table Lamp has a height of 41cm and measures 10cm wide by 10cm deep. The lamp is extremely lightweight at just 0.9kg and comes with an integrated dimmer function. A 170cm long cable is also supplied, allowing for flexible placement on work desks and tables. The diffuser takes a single bulb and the lamp has an G9 socket.
