The Monza Dining Table 160x80x73cm has been created by Konstantin Grcic for the brand Plank. Monza is a creative spin on classical Scandinavian furniture design which combines natural wooden elements with moulded HPL. Bold and clear, Monza will fit smoothly into contemporary dining or living rooms, providing a stylish place to serve meals and socialise.

The Monza Dining Table 160x80x73cm has a rectangular surface made from high pressure laminate which comes in either a white or black tone. The surface appears to be extremely slender, but there is actually a solid base underneath which is cleverly concealed by the design. At the same time, Grcic has added four rounded legs which slot into sockets inside the HPL table top, smoothing out the design and avoiding any jarring elements. These legs are made from natural ash with a natural lacquered finish.

The Monza Dining Table 160x80x73cm measures 160cm long and 80cm wide. The surface of the table is 73cm high, which should be a convenient height to combine with dining room chairs. Adjustable glides have also been added to the base of the legs, allowing the table to move smoothly over floors. So when guest numbers change or a refurb is required, changing dining room setups should be simple.
