Product description

The Pier LED Lamp with Battery has been created by Søren Refsgaard for the brand Stelton. Danish industrial designer Refsgaard prioritises simplicity and functionality in the classic Nordic design tradition. This minimalist approach is exemplified by the Pier LED Lamp with Battery – a robust outdoor lamp that's mobile, good-looking, and highly functional.

With Pier, Refsgaard chose to reinterpret the traditional ship lamp, transforming it into a weatherproof, chargeable, portable lamp. The lamp has a short column-shaped base that is made of powder-coated iron with two matching vertical rods that curve around to form a handle, and a bowl-shaped plastic shade that keeps the body covered. This shade protects against the rain and contains the light produced by the bulb, which can be dimmed to one of three levels. When fully charged, the lamp can deliver up to 20 hours of illumination depending on the selected light intensity.

The Pier LED Lamp with Battery has a height of 25cm and a diameter of 20cm, with a total weight of 1kg. It comes with a 100cm long USB charging cable and is available in black or sand colours.
