The Clare Big Armchair has been created by Studio Zondag for the brand Studio Zondag. The brand is known for unexampled pieces that draw inspiration from traditional Nordic and Japanese styles. It also seeks to represent other retro cultures.

The Clare Big Armchair sends a silent invitation to sink into its softness with its overstuffed seat and plush upholstery. It has a high backrest that has an arched upper edge. The luxurious, overstuffed seat goes almost all the way down to the floor. The shell is supported by legs lacquered chipboard. They are hidden by the wide, deep seat. The chair has an inner frame made of solid pine wood and plywood. It is thickly padded with PU cold foam. The padding on the seat is more dense than the one on the backrest which reinforces it against sagging. It is covered by upholstery which has been done with Boucle Copenhagen 900 fabric. Made of polyester, it has a velvet-soft texture. It is comfortable, strong and hardwearing.

The Clare Big Armchair has a length of 63cm, a width of 75cm and a height of 71cm. It is available in a selection of neutral and bright colours.
