S 5003/C001 3-Seater Sofa

The S 5003/C001 3-Seater Sofa has been created by James Irvine for the brand Thonet. This sofa makes use of tubular steel that the brand pioneered and popularised in the 1930s. The frame that is finished with chrome plating elevates the sofa's sleek, minimalist aesthetic. It extends from the bottom of the sofa to the sides where it forms a support that holds the side cushions in place. Rather than the conventional four legs, the frame has sled-style legs that elevate the sofa's aesthetic.

The S 5003/C001 3-Seater Sofa has a low backrest that gives it a lounge look and feel. The backrest has three rectangle-shaped cushions and matching side cushions on either side. A single cushion makes the seat cushion that goes over the length of the seat.
