Boomerang HM1 Lounge Chair

The Boomerang HM1 Lounge Chair was designed by Hvidt & Mølgaard for the brand &Tradition.

This design duo were pioneers of the Danish mid-century design ethos rooted in the creativity and inspiration of the German Bauhaus. Their Hvidt & Mølgaard architectural practice was set up in 1944 and operated across a variety of disciplines, including interior design. The design duo were best known for their industrialised furnishing designs, which came to symbolise and showcase the importance of Danish design from the 1950s onwards. Some of their most influential creations include the AX Chair, the Pinwheel Table, and the Minerva Side Table.

This Boomerang HM1 Lounge Chair is available with either an oak or a walnut seat frame in solid hand-polished wood, and has brass legs. This comfortable lounge chair is upholstered with a durable fabric and has solid wood armrests. The iconic furniture item is suitable for contemporary or Traditional settings and is an ideal seating solution for hallways, living rooms or office spaces. The chair measures 61cm in width and 80cm in height. It has a depth of 69cm, a backrest height of 80cm and a seat height of 42cm.
