The EA 104 Aluminium Chair Armchair has been created by Ray and Charles Eames for the brand Vitra. Thanks to its timeless style, the 1958 chair remains relevant today. Initially designed for a private client, it found a wide fan base when it was debuted to the public.

The EA 104 Aluminium Chair Armchair has a high, wide backrest that is designed to ensure the spine is correctly aligned when seated. The seat is also wide and built for comfort. The designers chose to stretch fabric in between two bars that hold it together. The result is a very unique aesthetic and a supremely comfortable chair. The seat and backrest have lines running across. It is an aesthetic that keeps it refined for official or commercial spaces like offices and meeting rooms. The chair has a frame made of polished aluminium. It holds the fabric on the shell in place and is also used for the base. The shell goes into a stem that divides into a star-shaped base with gliders underneath. The chair can be swivelled.

The EA 104 Aluminium Chair Armchair has a width of 56cm, a height of 84.5cm and a depth of 52.2cm. Its seat height is 42.5cm. It comes in neutral and bright colours.
