The EA 117 Alu Chair Polished Base Leather has been created by Ray & Charles Eames for the brand Vitra. It is a retake of the EA 08 office chair. It has modern enhancements that make it even more comfortable and stylish.

One of the upgrades on the EA 117 Alu Chair Polished Base Leather is five legs rather than the original four. This enhances its mobility and stability. Also, it is adjustable. The backrest can be adjusted with a back tilt and it can be locked in a forward position. The seat can also be adjusted to the most comfortable height via pneumatic springs. The chair has a medium-height backrest and a wide seat. It has upholstery cowhide leather embossed with full grains stretched over it. Metallic armrests made of polished aluminium add to the chair's comfort. The shell is supported by a base that matches the frame. The five legs on it have double castors.

The EA 117 Alu Chair Polished Base Leather has a total height of 83cm to 95cm and a seat height of 38.5cm to 50.5cm. Its width is 58cm. It has a backrest height of 40.7cm and a backrest width of 58cm. It comes in neutral colours.
