The Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman Classic Dimensions has been created by Ray & Charles Eames for the brand Vitra. Inspired by the classic English club chair, the ensemble combines graceful elegance with comfortable luxury. They are part of a series of extravagant seating furniture created in the 1950s.

The Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman Classic Dimensions is suitable for the lounge or lobby of a luxurious hotel and a living room. It is this construction that provides the chair and ottoman with robust stability and durability. The substructure made of polished aluminium consists of a centrally positioned leg with a star base and felt gliders. Nestled within are generous padding, covered with exquisite leather, and fixed with decorative buttons, which makes it detachable.The premium F 66 and F68 leather are sustainable, dyed through, and tanned with tannins from olive tree leaves. The entire production process is carried out with as few and harmless chemicals as possible. Both the chair and the ottoman are assembled by hand, with the shell made of high-quality moulded plywood – optionally in American cherry or walnut – form the basis for this extraordinary seating ensemble. The Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman Classic Dimensions, being one of the most significant designs of the 20th century, thanks to uncompromising craftsmanship represents an armchair that is as relevant today as it was almost 70 years ago when first introduced.

Various leather finishes and wood shells are available. The chair and ottoman have a total weight of 41.3 kg. The ottoman measures 63 cm in width, 56 cm in depth, and 42 cm in height. The seat height is 38 cm. It is 84 cm wide and 89 cm high. The chair, with a backward-inclined seat and backrest with an optically separated headrest, has a depth of 85 to 92 cm
