Vertex Garden Chair

The Vertex Garden Chair has been created by Karim Rashid for the brand Vondom. Interior architect and industrial designer Rashid has left his mark in the more-than 40 countries in which he has worked. He has an affinity for plastic due to its special properties, such as being recyclable, lightweight, glossy and offering the option of being transparent or dyed to any desired colour. Inspired by these properties and enabled by his talent, Rashid created the Vertex Garden Chair. The chair is a complete departure from the norm, with chiseled sides and base rather than the conventional frame. It is made with injection molding, which makes it possible to achieve the square and triangle-shaped pieces that form faceted sculpted planes. This lightweight yet strong chair of polypropylene resin is suitable for use indoors as well as outdoors.

The Vertex Garden Chair has a width of 53cm, a height of 86cm and a depth of 53cm. It has a seat height of 44cm. A matching table from the same brand is available. This table's unique design makes it ideal for use on elegant occasions such as outdoor weddings and other official events where a sophisticated look is desired.
