The nh S2 14 Sospensione Suspension Lamp was designed by Neri & Hu for the brand Artemide. Neri & Hu is a dynamic design partnership based in Shanghai, China. Formed by Rossana Hu and Lyndon Neri, the studio is versatile, working on grand architecture, contemporary interiors, as well as individual products. Artemide is an Italian lighting label which showcases the finest modern design, and has scooped numerous awards, including Compasso d'Oro and European Design Awards.

The nh collection was born from a desire to bring Neri & Hu's unique perspective to a wider audience, and products like the nh S2 14 Sospensione Suspension Lamp show that this was a wise decision. The nh S2 14 Sospensione Suspension Lamp suspends from the ceiling via a pair of 182cm cables. The cables support a 90.5cm long brass tube, which forms the core of the design. At the end of the tube, Neri & Hu have added a spherical blown glass diffuser which itself measures 32.2 x 14 cm and casts a gentle light in all directions. With a powerful E14/5W bulb on board, the lamp is suitable for larger rooms, including kitchens, living rooms and dining spaces.
