Conic Coffee Table

The Conic Coffee Table has been created by Johannes Foersom and Peter Hiort-Lorenzen for the brand Cane-Line. Part of a collection of outdoor furnishings designed to make relaxing outdoors more convenient and enjoyable, this simple coffee table will supplement sofas and outdoor chairs. It will work especially well with products from Cane-Line's Conic collection.

The Conic Coffee Table has a square tabletop measuring 75cm wide by 75cm long, which has been raised 28cm above the floor by four legs. The surface of the table has an unconventional pattern featuring triangular arrangements of hollow slots, which makes it drain much more quickly and keeps the total weight lower than it otherwise would be.

The frame and surface of the Conic Coffee Table have been made from pure aluminium which has been finished to enhance its protection against sunlight and moisture. All of the elements work together seamlessly, with smooth transitions from base to tabletop. Another innovative aspect of the table is its ability to combine with other Conic products. The collection has been designed to be used in modular fashion. So it's possible to use the Conic Coffee Table alongside other products to create customised outdoor settings.
