Christophe Pillet, born in 1959, has been living and working in Paris since 1988.
Graduating in Decorative Arts in Nice in 1985 and in Milan's Domus Academy in 1986, he has been collaborated with Martine Bedin for two years.
From 1988 until 1993 he worked with Phillipe Starck, before choosing to develop his activity independently. His main interests are projects concerned with interior design and interior architecture.
Pillet was nominated for "Designer of the Year" in 1994.
He is involved in many fields: product and furniture design, interior decoration, architecture, scenography and artistic direction. He creates furniture and objects for brands such as Cappellini, Daum, Driade, Lacoste, Moroso, Renault, Shiseido, Veuve Clicquot and Whirlpool.
