It is dirt and water-resistant and frequent wiping with a damp cloth will keep it fresh until it needs deep cleaning. It can safely be washed with bleach to sanitize it. The cover is made of Olefin. It is lightweight, breathable, stain-resistant and durable. It is also moisture-wicking and resistant to UV rays so your pet can lounge in it outdoors when the weather allows. This dog bed is lined with non-woven polyester. The filling is done with expanded polystyrene beads which make a soft, comfortable yet firm and strong lying surface. The lounge has a non-slip cover on the underside that is also easy to keep clean.
