Bridge Suspension Lamp

The Bridge Suspension Lamp has been created for the brand Frandsen. Inspired by industrial design, it captivates with a restrained design reflecting its function as a linear light source. Thus, this lamp creates a light bridge, as indicated by the name of the pendant light.

The design concept of the Bridge Suspension Lamp impresses with its simplicity. The matte fine structure creates an attractive contrast to the two spacers made of wood stained in dark colour. When viewed from the side, the wood’s natural structure is visible. Screws and a visible textile cable add extravagant accents.

The bulb with a G13 socket is concealed behind two metal panels, casting a linear beam of light downwards. This makes the light ideal for placement above a desk or a long conference table, and it works just as well above a counter in a restaurant. Suspended from steel cables, the Bridge Suspension Lamp appears to float. It is mounted on the ceiling via a chrome-plated bracket on one side, with a round canopy on the other side. The Bridge Suspension Lamp is 150 cm long. It has a height of 9 cm and a depth of 6 cm. The lamp weighs 9 kg and comes with a 300 cm-long cable.
