Lucca Floor Lamp

The Lucca Floor Lamp was designed in-house for the brand Frandsen.

Founded in the creative environment of the 1960s, Frandsen remains at the forefront of Danish and European design. The company leapt to fame with its hugely popular Ball Wall Lamp and hasn't taken a step back. From Topp pendants to the Kobe collection, the label continues to break new ground. This definitely applies to the Lucca Floor Lamp .

Evoking the elegance and urbanity of the Italian city of the same name, the Lucca Floor Lamp is as slim as can be and matches its stripped down appearance with exceptional functionality. This luminaire catches the eye immediately with its curved 203cm long spine projecting 140cm forward from the base to the diffuser. The diffuser is compact and attractive, with a rounded form which echoes the Ball Lamp. But it certainly doesn't lack power. The Lucca Floor Lamp will be as handy for illuminating architects' desks as it is for lighting coffee corners. It can be moved with ease thanks to a 300cm cable and will remain stable and fixed thanks to its cleverly engineered round metallic base.
