Ghost 05 Armchair

The Ghost 05 Armchair was designed by Paola Navone for the brand Gervasoni .

The family-run furniture label Gervasoni has maintained its high standards of production, aesthetics and function since it was launched in 1882. It produces furniture and accessories for both indoor and outdoor settings. Paola Navone was part of the influential and progressive Alchimia group in the 1970s. Her background in architecture and her global travels influence her design work, for which she has won prestigious prizes such as the Osaka International Design Award.

The Ghost 05 Armchair is part of a furniture collection designed by Navone that includes armchairs, ottomans, sofas and beds. This armchair has a solid wood frame with elastic belts that support cushions of high-density fireproof polyurethane foam. A loose cushion of dacron and down adds a luxuriously comfortable feel. All stitching is done with a matching tone thread to add extra visual appeal. The linen chair and cushion cover are removable and can be washed at 30°c, giving added practicality to this cosy design. The Ghost 05 Armchair measures 65 x 70 x 70 cm with a seat height of 40cm. The additional cushion measures 50 x 50 cm.
