Product description

The beautiful and unique Bestlite BL 6 wall lamp was designed in 1930 by Robert Dudley Best for Bestlite. It is part of the Bestlite collection, which was known as Britain's first little "Bauhaus" series.
The Bestlite only experienced its breakthrough, when Winston Churchill put one on his desk in the Whitehall.
Many years ago Bestlite blossomed as an architects' favourite and is now a welcome guest in design hotels and gourmet restaurants. In private rooms with a sense for fine design lamps the Bestlite naturally shines just as well!
As wall or reading lamp the BL6 convinces with its practical aspects: it is pivoted as well as swiveling. It is hinged at the wall mount and has a ball joint located at the lamp's head.
This design light convinces with its excellent quality and first class functionality!
The British label Bestlite, since 2004 part of the Danish design group Gubi, offers this wall lamp in different colour versions, please see "product versions" for more details.
