The Croissant Lounge Chair Leather has been created by Illum Wikkelsø for the brand Gubi.Like the pastry it is named after, this chair has plump sections. They are created by piping over the upholstery while the fullness is thanks to the generous foam stuffing. Piping over the Aniline leather with a Nubuck finish is done by hand which is how the croissant effect is achieved with such realism.

The Croissant Lounge Chair Leather is the designer's quirky and sculptural take on a combination of a Chesterfield sofa and club chair, with striking results. The chair has a rounded backrest that is moon-shaped. The ends of it from the armrests. Below is a generously-sized seat that is also well-padded with foam and upholstered to match. It is also curved along its upper edge. The shell sits on a frame that is made of solid oak and finished with oiling. The wood has been used to make support bars and legs.

The Croissant Lounge Chair Leather has a width of 88cm, a height of 67cm and a depth of 99cm. Its seat height is 46cm, its armrest height is 57cm and its backrest height is 67cm. It will not only provide comfortable seating but also add intrigue to a room.
