The Gräshoppa Suspension Lamp glossy has been created by Greta Magnusson Grossman for the brand Gubi. Its design is an evolution of the original which was conceived in 1947. It is part of the brand's Raissone 01 collection which is dedicated to relaunching iconic pieces that have been upgraded with modern features and functionality.

The Gräshoppa Suspension Lamp glossy has a shade with the distinctive shape of an elongated cone. It is a departure from the usual cone shape that adds a touch of whimsy to the lamp. It is made of steel that is finished with a glossy powder coating. The unique shade has a fabric cable that is covered by a brass-toned ring right above it that goes into a round canopy. It adds another subtle aesthetic detail.

The Gräshoppa Suspension Lamp glossy has a height of 35.5cm and a diameter of 15cm. Its cable has a length of 200cm and its canopy has a diameter of 8cm. It is not dimmable but you can add this function by using an LED dimmable bulb. It uses an E14 socket. It is available in neutral colours. It will cast not only light but a look of simple elegance wherever it is hung.
