Soft Edge 60 Chair Set of 4

The Soft Edge 60 Chair Set of 4 was created by Iskos-Berlin for HAY.

Launched in 2002, HAY quickly went on to become a renowned name in the Scandinavian design world, producing a range of furniture and accessories for the home and office. Iskos-Berlin is a Copenhagen-based partnership which works in graphic, furniture and industrial design. Its focus is on letting raw materials influence the final creation. The design-duo has received many prizes including the Red Dot Design Award.

Using a combination of natural materials and the latest production techniques, Iskos-Berlin has created a truly innovative design with their Soft Edge Chair Frame Oak. The gentle curve to the seat shell and backrest not only give off an attractive visual 3D effect but also create a seat that is truly comfortable. When its lightweight and stackable qualities are added to this, the chair becomes ideally suited for use in restaurants, offices and schools as well as home dining rooms and studies. The Soft Edge Chair Frame Oak measures 51.5 x 79 x 52.5 cm and features a wooden oak frame and a top formed from curved plywood sheets.
