Bulb Brass Table Lamp

The Bulb Brass Table Lamp has been created by Ingo Maurer for the brand Ingo Maurer. First introduced in 1966, Bulb was a pathbreaking product from one of Germany's leading 20th century designers. Featuring a bulb-shaped exterior, it was an early postmodern creation. It still appears joyous and playful, and is a highly practical option for lighting tables around the home.

The Bulb Brass Table Lamp takes the form of a 30cm high, 20cm diameter oversized bulb that is designed to stand on domestic surfaces. The base of the lamp has been made from rippled brass which has been left untreated to allow the materials to age naturally, while the bulb itself is made from transparent crystal glass. It all comes together in an imaginative composition which doubles up as a table lamp and eye-catching ornament.

The Bulb Brass Table Lamp comes with a 200cm long cable, making placement simple and flexible, while it will cast light outwards in all directions, lighting smaller studies and lounges with ease. Inside the diffuser, there is a small brass socket which accommodates a single bulb. The appropriate bulb with the E27 socket can be ordered under accessories.
