Bertoia Diamond Outdoor Armchair

The Bertoia Diamond Outdoor Armchair was designed by late Italian designer Harry Bertoia for Knoll International.

One of the most famous Italian-born American artists, sculptors and furniture designers of the twentieth century, Bertoia started out his artistic education with painting. In 1939, he was offered leadership of a metal workshop, triggering his move into jewellery and metal work. As the war effort made metal a very expensive, rare commodity, Bertoia focussed on jewellery. During the 1950s, he designed the famous Bertoia Collection for Knoll, which included his famous diamond chair.

The flamboyant diamond shape of the Bertoia Diamond Outdoor Armchair makes it a standout piece for your garden, terrace or balcony.
