Minipipistrell Cordless LED Lamp with Battery

The Minipipistrell Cordless LED Lamp with Battery has been created by Gae Aulenti for the brand Martinelli Luce. The late Italian industrial designer Aulenti was also a prolific 1950s architect whose work spanned all realms in its diversity and striking aesthetics. She defined her style as being untethered to any one method or form. Her designs were also futuristic as seen in the Minipipistrell Cordless LED Lamp with Battery. While it has been updated with LED technology, its original design has been retained. Technology has made it available in form of a portable, cordless lamp that runs on a battery that is rechargeable via Micro-USB or compatible power banks. The lamp takes six hours to recharge fully.

This unique lamp has a diffuser made of white opal methacrylate that is shaped in four equal curved parts. The diffuser is supported by a stem made of stainless steel that broadens out downwards to form a circular base. This base and knob are finished with lacquer. The lamp is dimmable and has a touch sensor. The Minipipistrell Cordless LED Lamp with Battery has a diameter of 27cm and a height of 35cm. The lamp has built-in LED light sources that cannot be replaced.
