The classic Annex Ceiling LED Ceiling Lamp was created by Uwe Fischer for leading German design company Serien.

Serien was founded in 1985 by Jean-Marc da Costa and Manfred Wolf and has grown and expanded over the years. They now have 35 employees and work with designers around the world. The Annex Ceiling LED Ceiling Lamp is the brainchild of Uwe Fischer, a German designer who studied at the Offenbach Academy of Art and Design. He designs lighting, furniture, and accessories, collaborating with renowned companies and teaching industrial design at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart.

The Annex Ceiling LED Ceiling Lamp is a practical yet stylish lamp that was inspired by German manufacturing. The centre of the light has a circular screen in various designs. In one version, aluminium and crystal glass are used, while another variant is made from opaque opal glass. The lamp comes in several shapes and sizes: it has a diameter of 14, 22 or 27.5cm and a height of 13, 21 or 25.5cm. Each lamp takes 1x 12V LED unit bulb, with a different wattage needed for each model.
