The company, based in Frankenberg, Germany, was founded in 1819 and provides beautiful, high-quality and elegant furniture for the home and office. This chair with a moulded seat is a bentwood structure and has been a firm favourite throughout the world. The designer created this unique chair in the 1830s and it still looks original today. It's ideal to place around a dining table in the home or in a bistro style cafe or restaurant.

This 214 M Chair with Moulded Seat is made from natural beech and measures 43cm in width, 84cm in height and has a depth of 52cm. The seat height is 46cm and the armrest height is 70cm. Weighing 3.3kg, the chair is easy to move. It's a piece of furniture that is a global success and was a complete breakthrough for the designer all those years ago. Known as the coffee house chair, it has never dated and although simple in design, still looks amazing wherever it's used.  It's a classic with a characteristic flair all its own that will enhance any room.
