Product description

The Eames Plastic Armchair DAW RE Ash Base has been designed by Ray and Charles Eames for the brand Vitra. Based on a design that dates back over 70 years, the now-iconic Vitra Eames Plastic Chairs collection has been updated with new colours, an adjusted seat height, new material options and the use of recycled post-consumer waste plastic for a sustainable manufacturing process.

Available in a wide range of shades, the Eames Plastic Armchair DAW RE Ash Base has a width of 62.5cm, a height of 83cm, a depth of 60cm and a seat height of 43cm. The armrest height is 68cm and the chair weighs 6kg. It features the distinctive single moulded plastic seat which is shaped to support the contours of the user and provide exceptional comfort, with rounded arms and a beautifully organic finish. The chair's base is made from ash and black steel, and finished with plastic feet and felt gliders to protect hard floors.

The Eames Plastic Armchair DAW RE Ash Base is ideal for any contemporary space, and is often found in design-conscious lounge and living areas, work spaces and commercial premises. It can be accessorised with accompanying cushions from the Vitra range.
