Soft Modular Ottoman

The Soft Modular Ottoman was created by Jasper Morrison for the furniture maker Vitra.

British designer Jasper Morrison is one of the most successful industrial designers of the last 30 years. His "super normal" design philosophy emphasises a minimalist approach without sacrificing aesthetics and functionality. A world-class designer, Morrison famously contributed to the Tate Modern extension and the new Hanover tram. He is officially a Royal Designer of Industry, and his works have been exhibited on more than three continents. Since 1989, Jasper has been collaborating with Vitra to create designer furniture pieces that combine simplicity with elegance and optimal utility.

The Soft Modular Ottoman is a versatile piece that offers maximum comfort without being obtrusive in a space. Made from high-grade wood and steel, the polyurethane cold foam filling of the ottoman provides a luxurious seating surface, and the beautiful fabric covering makes for a pleasing, soft aesthetic.
